First point of contact for owners exploring a sale. He guides initial conversations, coordinates confidentiality agreements, and makes sure every inquiry is handled promptly and discreetly, helping owners understand the process and connecting qualified prospects with the advisory team.
Student Intern
Supporting the advisory team's research and deal-preparation work. He assists in preparing Confidential Information Memoranda (CIMs), compiling market and financial data, and developing the charts and analysis used to present a business to prospective buyers.
Research & Operations Support
Provides research and administrative support to the advisory team. He runs weekly market sweeps across multiple listing platforms to identify Ontario businesses that fit the firm's criteria, and helps keep engagements organized and moving.
